得胜之家福音戒毒生命塑造中心

宗旨
乃是要帮助吸毒者脱离毒品，生理与心理的困绑，将他们从着毁灭性的恶习中拯救出来，同时，带领他们认识并接受耶稣基督为他们个人的救主，成为新造的人。训练成为有责任感，有贡献和成熟的基督徒，能够造福社会荣耀上帝。

哲学
毒品不是主要的问题，罪根乃是最主要的问题；毒品不是罪，他只是问题症状。当罪被除掉，毒品，醉酒，痛苦，骄傲，妒忌，自私等问题症状便失去，解决罪的唯一方法是信靠耶稣基督为救主。

A Testimony of Mr Ong Kah Hoo.

王家富后悔自己的不长进伤父母心，一直到太太要求离婚，家庭濒临破裂时才开始反省。现今他是唐人街团契的牧师服事那些无家可归的流浪汉及老人家。

Ong Kah Hoo regretted for his past and hurt his parent deeply, until his wife wanted to divorce him then only he awaken from his drug addiction. Now, he is the Chinatown fellowship’s pastor serving the homeless and the old people.

A Testimony of Youth Centre Chong Soon Keat

On 4-6-2004 I came to Rumah Victory. I was 7 years old then. All these while , my grandmother look after me. My mother is the only bread winner in the family. My father is a irresponsible person.Indulged in drug , alcohol, and like to watch blue film.

Now I stay in Rumah Victory already 3 years. There is a lot of changes in my character and my behaviour. I am so happy that I can go to school again.
I want to give thanks to the care -taker of Rumah Victory, of their love , care and concern . May God bless them.

About House of Victory.

House of Victory(Rumah Victory) is a non-profit organization, established with the purpose to provide community services especially in the area of drug eradication and rehabilitation. This welfare-based organization aspires to offer a new hope for a victorious life for those who are misguided and in need. Founded by Bro. Philip Mok in 1988, the following three major ministries have been established:
